Indications/Uses
Duodenal & gastric ulcer, reflux esophagitis & Zollinger-Ellison syndrome when oral treatment is not possible.
Dosage/Direction for Use
IV inj 40 mg once daily. Zollinger-Ellison syndrome Individualized dosage.
Contraindications
Special Precautions
May mask symptoms & delay diagnosis of possible malignancy. Concomitant administration of diazepam, phenytoin & warfarin. Hepatic impairment. Pregnancy & lactation.
Adverse Reactions
Headache, diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, URTI, vertigo, rash, constipation, cough, asthenia, low back pain.
Drug Interactions
May prolong elimination of diazepam, phenytoin & warfarin.
